HAPPY 2011th NEW YEAR!
We are starting off this New Year with prayers for all our family & friends. We have all gone trough a challenging year, last year, and we feel strongly that this year is a year for smart changes.
- We will be starting off this year by participating in a Charity Gemstone Auction by Jeff Hunt of OneWorldGemstone this January.
- We will be updating our websites weekly to better inform our customers of new products.
- We will be networking on our Face Book Site, our Blogger Pages, YahooChat, and Skype.
- We will be sending out our Quarterly News letter through our email connections and our websites.
- We will be working closer with our partners in obtaining High Quality goods.
- We will focus on You, Our Customers needs.
- We will be asking for your input on products you'd like to see us carry through our sites.
- We will focus on Your Customer Experience as Our Highest Priority.
- We will be arranging our websites to be more "user friendly".
- We will be changing some of our web carriers to decrease operation costs.

And it is much easier than moving furniture!
